Assessment

Before we jump in, we figure out what your body can and can’t do.
This step shows us where you’re limited, where you’re compensating, and what’s keeping your body stuck in the same loop.

Targeted Bodywork

This is the hands-on portion of your session.
Focused work designed to help your body, brain, and tissues work together so movement feels smoother and pain stops calling the shots.

Stretching & Mobility
​
This is where your self-care starts.
We work on mobility both on the table and off, reinforcing the treatment so your body can maintain progress between sessions. You’ll receive custom videos and images sent directly to you. Clear, simple, and effective.

Strengthen
​
This step gives your body staying power.
By improving muscle support and control, we help lock in progress and reduce the likelihood of setbacks without overcomplicating the things.

You don’t automatically have to get undressed
​
Most of my work can be done fully clothed, which allows you to feel safe, supported, and comfortable while we stretch, move, and retrain your body on the table. When you’re not worried about coverage or vulnerability, your nervous system relaxes and your body responds better.
​
That said, I absolutely provide traditional draped bodywork under the sheets when deeper tissue work is the best approach.
​
Some clients remain clothed.
Some choose to undress to their comfort level.
It depends on the type of work your body needs that day.
​
Fully clothed does not mean light pressure.
Deep, corrective, orthopedic work is still very much on the table when appropriate.
